This is a great setup! Thanks for sharing. One piece I’m still working through for my clients is how to get it out of Claude and into a scheduler like Buffer to bulk upload.

I could use the spreadsheet, but that also means I need to upload the images to another spot so each one has an active link in the file.

Maybe I’m missing a step, but I’d love to know if there’s a way to make scheduling social media more seamless with Claude.

If those scheduling apps aren't connection options now in Claude, they soon will be I'm sure. I typically switch over to Claude Code and ask it to put together a plan for things like this when the connections aren't obvious. You can also trigger workflows in Make, Zapier, and n8n from Claude which I believe would allow for some of that posting.

This is a solid build, you’re basically turning AI from a “tool people poke at” into infrastructure the team runs on.

What really clicks is the shared context layer (brand / market / product). That’s the missing piece in 90% of teams using AI today.

One idea to push this even further, add a lightweight “feedback loop file” to the system.

Feels like that’s the next unlock-not just consistency across the team, but compounding improvement over time

That's a fantastic suggestion, Shweta! That's one way to keep them updated and remain consistent over time. Thanks for chiming in with that.

Seems like a huge risk for share company data with Claude like this, no?

Hey Mark, in the example I walk through in the post, there is not much risk in my opinion. You're really just sharing your marketing and positioning information with it, as well as some brand elements. The risk creeps in when you start to connect Claude to external systems like a CRM.

I've been building something similar, my files are (brand voice, market context, ICP) as the backbone for a knowledge management system I use in Claude Code.

Same insight: when Claude knows who you are and what you stand for, the outputs actually sound like you.

I like Shweta Sharma's comment: you’re basically turning AI from a “tool people poke at” into infrastructure the team runs on.

Absolutely, Michael, that's the idea. It's basically an infrastructure and an operating system that people work from.
